Software testers must have a strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies, as well as the ability to identify and isolate issues and defects. They may also need to be proficient in various testing tools and techniques, including manual testing, automated testing, and performance testing. Strong communication skills are also essential for software testers, as they must be able to effectively communicate issues and defects to the development team and other stakeholders. Additionally, they must be detail-oriented and able to work independently or as part of a team. And it`s all about me.
